What are the entry deadlines

The Estonish.com Apple iPad Give-Away ("This Contest") begins on May 1, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Central Standard Time ("CST") and ends on September 30, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. CST (the "Contest Period"). For purposes of This Contest, a day begins at 12:00 a.m. CST and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST on the same calendar day.

Who is eligible to enter?

This Contest is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia, and who are 13 years of age and older. Void in Canada, Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited and/or restricted by law. Employees of the Estonish.com, Incorporated ("The Sponsor"), their affiliates, divisions, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies and any other entity directly associated with this contest (and the immediate family members) are not eligible to participate. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local U.S. laws. No purchase necessary.

How can I enter?

Fill out our contest registration form by September 30, 2010 and then simply promote Estonish.com and/or its contest! There are many different ways to promote Estonish.com and increase your chances to win. The more time you promote Estonish.com, the better chance you have to win.

Beginning on May 1, 20010, interested parties (the "Entrant" or "Submitter") may enter online only by visiting www.Estonish.com and by clicking on the contest icon, completing the contest registration form (including full name, and email address), and agreeing to the terms and conditions of the contest. Then simply promote Estonish.com and/or its contest to earn additional entries in the contest! There are many different ways to promote Estonish.com and increase your chances to win. Contest registration ends on September 30, 2010. The prize will be awarded to the Submitter and is non-transferable.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to electronic or technical reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. Limit ONE entry per person or email address. Entries submitted in violation of the www.Estonish.com entry rules will be void. All entries become the property of Estonish.com and will not be returned. All entries must be received by December 15, 2009, the official end date of The Contest.

How will the prizes be awarded?

One (1) winners will be selected at random and announced on the Estonish.com website on or about October 20, 2010, from among all eligible entries received. The "Grand Prize" winner selected will be awarded an Apple iPad 16GB WiFi + 3G. The "Grand Prize" winner will be notified via email on how to claim their prize within 5 days of the winner selection. As part of the prize claim process, winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, and where allowable, Publicity Release, within 10 days of notification. If prize winner does not comply, the prize will be forfeited and offered to another Entrant selected at random.

Four (4) Monthly prizes will be awarded to the registered entrant who accumulates the most entries via promoting Estonish.com during the previous month. The "Monthly Prize" winner selected will be awarded a $25 iTunes Gift Card. The "Monthly Prize" winner will be notified via email on how to claim their prize within 5 days of the winner selection. This process will be repeated until all winners has been confirmed.

What are the Terms/Conditions?

All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and the prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is on the winning entry. If a winner is determined to be a minor in his/her state or province, the prize shall be awarded in the name of the minor's parent or legal guardian.

Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any submission at any time in the event it is determined that the Entrant has not otherwise complied with these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. By claiming a prize, winner agrees that the Sponsor, and their officers, employees, shareholders, affiliates, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies, do not have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind related to participation in this Contest, or from acceptance or use of the prize. Acceptance of the prize shall constitute the winner's agreement that the Sponsor or their agent(s) may use and/or display the winner's name, address (city, state only), likeness, biographical information, and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes, without further consideration, except where prohibited by law. All taxes on prizes (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are not transferable/assignable. No alternative to prize is offered and no substitutions are allowed, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
